ZERO thought for your PAYING customers!
Why must I always follow up? Your agents do not call back or give feedback as meant to.
You owe me a refund and have the cheek to tell me I'm paying in arrears when that is not the case! WHY DO I KNOW YOUR PROCESSES BETTER THAN YOUR STAFF!!!!
