Zero Rated Custoner Service and Claims
Zero Rated For Claims and Customer Service.!!! I cannot give them any stars for Non Performance! My Dad has attempted to lodge a claim since 2017. Atrocious Customer Service! Call Centre unable to assist. My Mom has passed away 6 years ago and my Dad who is a pensioner is unable to process his claim. Pathetic!
