Zero customer care

Getting in contact with Discovery Health is close to impossible. If you get someone to reply to your email you're lucky but they still won't follow up or help you solve your issue. All you have is that stupid bot which can't answer any questions. The absolute WORST at customer care. Customer care does not exist at Discovery. Nothing is transparent and you can't even get on the phone with someone to help you decode their user unfriendly website.
