<p>When you log a claim with Discovery Health nobody ever gets back to you, they don't capture the ref in the automated email on their website, if you call them to follow up and don't have their ref number they sent you, you cannot get feedback and need to relog the claim and then the whole frustrating process of no feedback s****s again.</p>
