Zayd Anderson for president

I was admitted to hospital for the birth of my second child at Kingsbury hospital in January. I had received pre approval in 2015 but from January 2016 Kingsbury was no longer part of the Delta Core group. As a result I was told I owed a co payment of R5000 even though I hadn't been advised of this when I received my preapproval. I spoke with Zayd and he really went the extra mile to speak to his supervisors and bring clarity to a complicated case. He followed through, called me back when he said he would and took the stress out of a situation that could have really distracted me from allowing to enjoy the first few days of my daughter's life. <br> <br> I'm sure that I'm not the only person to have such an experience when dealing with Zayd and I hope his efforts get recognised. <br> <br> Thank you Zayd. <br> <br> Louise
