CAN YOU SORT OUT THE MESS YOU HAVE MADE? Your service is so pathetic and *********** call centre AGENTS. Do you tell your agents to LIE? You have always been paying my doctors claims into their bank accounts, and when you decide to pay the claim to my bank account after 12 years I've been with you, it's paid into a wrong bank account, IS THIS A **** OR WHAT? Call centre agent is telling me that you don't have the doctor's bank details and yet the doctor confirms he receives payments from discovery all the time. Previously I've used the same Doctor and payments were made directly to him. The doctor is now refusing to help me because of your mess up. Please contact me ASAP.
