YOUR APP IS USELESS ..

The App has been designed with 3 objectives: 1. To 'entertain' through ridiculous gamified assessments (in order to) 2. Gather research (in order to) 3. Upsell other Discovery products

Trying to use the App for its functional benefits (submit claims/ claim status etc) is like navigating the TEMU App. I've had to rely on the App AI bot to provide me with a direct link amongst the 'Sleep Well. Get rewarded' / 'Do a Mental Wellbeing Assessment' banners that take up the entire screen. It's absolutely ridiculous
