You'll die waiting for discovery health

I took my daughter to the doctor and was advised to pay cash and claim as the don't accept medical aids. I have followed the process and attached my invoices and sent them to claims @ discovery. This was over a month ago and the automated response says they will contact you in 3 days.... I'm still waiting. What irratates me the most is the fact that I'm a paying client, I don't use discovery services free of charge!!!! Next thing they will tell is that my claims are now old and I can't get my money back.
