You would rather see your members die than help.
I took the time to go to the Sandton building for assistance on 22nd January because the call center staff cant be bothered. Sat for a few hours with Jordan Juistein about claims that must be put through and about meds i need for a pulmonary embolism which falls under PMB, for blood clots. He logged all calls and i was told i would have answers in 4 hours and someone would call me back. 10 working days later and still no answers. ref numbers are ***, *** and ***. I could die without this medication. why cant someone help me, anyone with a heart that works there.

05 Feb 2024, 08:48Auto reply which means nothing. No one has called, no surprise there. Ignoring me wont help, i am not going anywhere. How hard is it for someone to pick up the phone and call. Over 8000 people working in head office and no one can make a call.

As per yesterdays call the meds have been approved and backdated to January. Went to the pharmacy and they have a completely different story. Money taken out of savings for an emergency visit to hospital, this one is new to me. So many ref numbers and calls open and so little being done.
