You went the extra mile

.I must commend Discovery Health's contact Centre team. You guys are well trained and really go your way to make sure that the customer's concerns or queries are addressed. In my recent interaction with the Discovery Health team, two individuals stood out, that is Kwanele Sobika whom I spoke to regarding the benefits available after my savings are depleted. He sent me a follow up email immediately after we spoke, and not only did that, but contacted me afterwards to make sure I received his email and a lady named Veronica, whom I had contacted to vent my dissatisfaction with her colleague in not returning my calls. She promised to get the consultant to get back to me (Nomazulu), however when she realized that consultant was unavailable, she called back, even though she had advised me that she was in the inbound Contact Centre and set with me over the phone for a few good minutes to answer all my questions and make sure at the end of the call, I received the help I needed.<br> <br> I must say, I am VERY HAPPY with my medical aid and wish these two individuals all the best in the careers.<br>
