You guys rock!
Just a short note to say a big thank you to everyone involved in my wife's case. The call centre staff were efficient, friendly and sympathetic. At no time did we feel poorly treated. The request was processed quickly authorisation given, and after the operation the bills were dealt with just as expediently. Thank you to all involved for making a naturally traumatic time that much less stressful.
