Paying a fortune every month on my medical aid and yet Discovery have made a simple and easy process of getting an extended supply of chronic medication for an overseas trip VERY DIFFICULT!

What a performance to get the approval and then have to wait until 2 days before my departure to go aback to the pharmacy to collect the additional supply .

What conceivable harm would there be to Discovery if they made the extended supply available immediately to a loyal customer ??? But OH NO they are not preprepared to compromise an inch . ITS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL !
