You Authorise a Benefit. We use it. You wont pay for it..!!!

While my wife and I are generally very happy with Discovery, what has brought me to this point, is.....

What is simple.... We requested a benefit. Discovery Approved the Benefit. We made use of the benefit. Discovery wont honour their own Approval!!

My wife app**** for some consultations under PMB. She duly submitted the request together with ALL the required information including Doctor, Diagnosis, Condition, etc etc etc....

It was Authorised by Discovery. (***) and specifically stated the number of consultations and more importantly, that it would come out of the PMB Fund.

Seems simple enough.....

However, on EVERY request for the claim to be paid back to us, it gets paid from our MSA and not PMB.

What is far worse for us, is that for every request and re-request for the claim to be paid as per the Authorisation, we get a different reason why it is is not coming out of PMB.
