I would like to thank Yonela Magcoba who works in your Chronic Dept in PE for her outstanding service she offered us over the past two weeks. It's such a sigh of relief to deal with someone that takes ownership of your query and makes sure that she unfailingly gives you feedback. She’s an epitome of what a customer care agent should be.
