YOLANDE YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO PHONE ME BACK BEFORE THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS YESTERDAY AND YOU HAVE NOT. I CANNOT PHONE AND ASK FOR YOU AS I GO THROUGH TO A CALL CENTRE AND NOBODY KNOWS WHO YOU ARE. YOU WERE EMAILED TODAY SAYING YOU NEED TO CALL ME BEFORE 10AM AGAIN TODAY AND YOU HAVE NOT. THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
