PMB application submitted 3 weeks ago. Supposed to take 3-5 days. Every time I query it, I get told to wait 3-5 days. This application is for a serious medical condition that cannot wait forever, yet the Principal officer does not even bother to respond! It's true... The fish rots from the head!
