Years of incorrect claims calculations, continues

<p>Discovery cannot do simple calculations. </p> <p>Here is a breakdown:</p> <p> </p> <p>2012: Discovery made a mistake when processing a claim. I think they paid the wrong health care provider.</p> <p>2016: Discovery added the above mistake to my account, resulting in negative balance</p> <p>2016: Claims payable to me where not paid due to the above mistake</p> <p>2016: Discovery reversed hospital claims, creating a higher negative balance. </p> <p>2017: My wife had an emergency delivery of baby but discovery does not deem this as an emergency, This leaves me with R20 000 to pay out of my own pocket</p> <p>2017: The following discovery staff are involved in with my compaint but still cannot resolve the matter:</p> <p> </p> <p>Baghtiaar Salie</p> <p>Warren Harris</p> <p>Unathi Makinana</p> <p>And various call center staff</p> <p> </p> <p>Health Complaints/Compliments ********** 427 -WRefNo# ********** 596#- -MailRef# ********** 614#- -WRefNo# ********** 772#- -MailRef# ********** 779#- -MailRef# ********** 185#-</p>
