****y service and empty promises

<p>I am so disappointed at the decline in the service from Discovery! I have been waiting since July 2015 for my medical aid card to be posted or couriered to me. I have called countless times and have been promised over and over again that it will be delivered within 7 working days by the courier service. The last time that promise was made was 3 weeks again. I am so disappointed in the bad/unreliable service I am receiving from Discovery Health. I just need the medical aid cards to be delivered!!!</p>
