x2 Claims Rejected because I wouldn't drive 150km to go see a GP

Claim rejected because I didn't drive 150km to a network GP. I was on the road, child and wife developed fever, and Discovery has rejected the claim. Janine Govender of Discovery Health says to me "you shouldn't be on that cover if you going to travel" (listen to the recording and quote verbatim), I mean, just because I am on a network cover - which of the discovery one's isn't?! - I then should be bound to home? Mind you, I didn't leave the borders of South Africa, I went through a town that connects Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal!

My daughter was subsequently admitted into a non-network hospital for 3 days due to the severity less than 24 hours later, so this clearly wasn't us trying to simply uplift the local economy of the small town we were passing through!
