X rays to your FACE is not covered under KEY CARE

After 3 motivations and a letter sent to Discovery on the 9th June 2015, I was called and told that it will be paid, 2 of the claims were paid, but one not paid. no further call was received. <br> How does one know in an emergency that Xrays to your face are not covered under Discovery Key Care?<br> Also how does the client know that if referred by a GP its not covered referred by specialist it is covered?<br> Discovery is just trying to avoid paying my claim.
