Wrong person!

My father passed away at the end of April 2017. In May I sent Discovery a detailed e-mail requesting them to cancel his membership. I included his membership number, a copy of his ID and the death certificate. Lo' and behold, Discovery kicks me (aged 48, initial J) off as beneficiary on my husband's Discovery plan, instead of my father, JI, aged 90. How incredibly stupid can one consultant be, causing endless red tape in the process, from chronic medication that cannot be dispensed to employee records that are altered and will have to be rectified. We hold Discovery 100% liable for this mess. Pathetic.
