wrong information and unable to upgrade
joined a key care option in sept was given the wrong information by a broker and now I can't upgrade until October discovery would rather loose a client then be given extra money monthly that's ridiculous.

As discussed, your policy was activated on 01/09/2015 on the KeyCare Core Plan. The Scheme as with all new applicants sent you confirmation of your policy schedule and plan information using your email address provided to us after the activation of your policy. These documents contain important information about your policy and how you are covered on your plan. We understand that not everyone may have time to read through all the information however it is vital that you do so to understand your benefits. Plan upgrades are allowed during our Year End Revision period which occurs between October to December each year and the plan upgrade is made effective from 1 January the following year. We sent you an email on 1 October 2014. This communication confirmed the changes of your plan cover for 2015 and also confirmed that plan upgrades will be allowed until 15 December 2014 . The rules for plan upgrades form part of the Scheme Rules and is in accordance with the Medical Schemes Act. I explained that we are unable to comment on the discussion you had with your broker and there are other avenues you would need to pursue to get assistance.
