Wrong billing of Savings account

I received a oxygen machine, requested from my doctor from the company Ecomed. I did get approval from Discovery for the use of this machine and that the account will be deducted of my chronicle benefit.<br> <br> Now the problem starts - for the last year every month the amount get deducted of my saving account and every month I have to forward a query to Discovery to ask why the funds are deducted of my savings account. Each month the excuse that Ecomed is responsible and according to Ecomed, Discovery is responsible for giving a different code every month in which they must use for the deduction.<br> <br> How many time must we ask that this doesn't happen again????? Who is fault in this matter and when will this problem be solved and when will my savings account be left alone???<br> <br> I am a pensioner and need my savings account and also the oxygen machine!!<br> <br> IF this matter is NOT SOLVED for the last time and if funds for Ecomed are been deducted again of my savings account, I WILL take this as serious and take this to the news papers.
