WOWH!
I phoned Discovery to change my HealtyCare preferred partner and was assisted by Ayanda. While I was on the phone, she made the changes and when I logged in after the telephone call, the change already reflected. I was so impressed! The service was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Thanks Ayanda, you were a star. And thanks Discovery for enabling live updates.
