Wow Discovery

Having the worst experience with Discovery Medical aid. Suddenly having a sore wrist makes you lose your membership as it was not included in the pre-existing conditions list.... although I've not been treated for it and saw a Dr just before my membership became active. Afterwards the Dr wanted to send me to a specialist as he didn't want to treat it and rather have a specialist diagnose the issue first. I have a 6 month old and 2 older kids thats now not covered because a simple authorization declined is not enough. No they cancel everything. Kids are sick everywhere with a horrible stomach bug and mine are now at risk because Discovery did zero checks to see if I was actually diagnosed with any condition beforehand. I did not have severe pain when I app**** for medical aid as it was to have my kids covered at all cost, not me. So what now if something happens to my kids? Who will be accountable? It's a sore wrist not cancer!
