WOW Amazing service

I have had to get hospital authorisation for a procedure for my daughter. I called in on 27/01 to get it. Spoke to a lady named Francis. And had such amazing service. She explained everything. And called back today to make sure that I had received the email containing all the information and if I needed anything else. Discovery, give that woman a raise!!!
