i cancelled my Discovery Keycare in Nov 2023, I recieved the email confirming my suspension on the medical aid. In Feb 2024 I went to the dr, when there the dr tried to submit my claim to th Discovery. They confirmed the medical aid was suspeneded ( the office lady never gave the accounts lady my new medical aid number). My new medical aid was added and paid the claim. Dicivery then unsuspendedmyh medical aid (for which I have an email), paid the dr and suspended the medical aid again ( fro which i also have an email). NOW, Discovery wants to hand me over. After they paid a claim for a suspended medical aid and oaid the dr noet me? What ******!!
