Worste Service ever

Absolutely worst service ever.. I called to change my debit order date and were told it will be change without my account being suspended as my pay date changed.... Now they suspend my account and when I call they say there were no definite answer after I asked will this have an impact and was told no account will not be suspended... All this while busy with bonemarrow treatment...
