Worst team possible

<p>Discovery medical aid and their specialist authorization team is the worst people ive come across. I have taken my 2month daughter to the GP which I have nominated on my plan, doctor examins her and refers us to a pediatrician. We sent through the forms for an auth only to get a reply the GP I have visited is not a selected GP on my plan. After resending them the forms which I initially sent they responded its a mistake and will back date the GP for 1st November so I can get my authorization approved. Days later I receive an sms stating the authorization is canceled as my reffering doctor can see to my child!!! The doctor refered me to the pead as she couldnt diagnose my child!!! I have taken my child and paid the pead for consultation whilst paying monthly for my medical aid for no reason!!!!! Utterly disgusted with your team Discovery!!!! They do not care about a life as its aint their family.... you just want people to pay and when it comes for time to pay out for the benefit you decline!!!! Cant wait to move over to a different company. 5 years a member was a waste of time and money!!!!!!! Spent way to much time on phone calls, emails with you guys!!! Definitely aint going to stop here. Glad nothing bad had happened to my child!!!!</p>
