Worst service under a hat. ********* and unprofessional sircus

I have discovery all, i have house insurance and 4 cars insured, medical aid, and discovery bank i spend about 10 grand a month on discovery and they started by saying they give their clients 5000 discovery miles by refering clients to discovery bank. The app does not give much help on refering clients and when you did it wrong they do not reward you with your miles no matter if you refered the new client even if the new client tells thwm they were referred the discovery milesnis gone gone gone. How pathetic andn*********. Surely they could have a section to maually add the code but no thats a flaw on their aide and stuff you friend. So what must i do im not happy. What ifni have an insurance claim one day they will say no sorry stuff you client and what abour if i get a rwally bad illnes like cancer also sorry client your on your own..... please do explain to me if i must go look for a better option somewhere else for all my needs
