WORST SERVICE RECEIVED!!!

I have been with Discovery Health for quite some time and it was the first time that I had done a claim which by the way is so messed up that i seem to be paying Discovery so much money for me only to go for an operation and pay the bulk of the cost because they dont give proper advice to a client. i have called in 5 times for someone to give me feedback about my claim and call recording and to send me the documents of the policy benefits but it seems everytime i speak to someone they give me a different story about the claim and then they promise to get back to me at a certain time but they dont. I have laid a complaint, and i hope someone calls me because the staff that works there are just not bothered at all. i cant be paying for something and not receive the proper assistance. very bad service honestly!!!!!!!!!!!!!
