Worst service no humanity at all in there staff

Again I'm here due to discovery ***********, staff this matter has gone on since the 5 July there claims department has made such a mess up I've been on hellowpeter only by doing that did they start the claims correctly I've had people from discovery tell me they will summons my dead son even, spoke to a lady Rushaan Sonday if that's her real name who thinks this is all a joke if someone's child passing is a joke to discovery please let me know, also how long I've begged cried threatened for this matter to be resolved my name has been handed over and each time I call I'm told to ignore the emails cause the debtors department and claims department made a mistake but I suffer now I'm talking to khumie she has said she is a supervisor and still nothing
