Worst Service for medical care!!!!

I have had the worst experience ever with Discovery Medical Aid. They are never willing to assist with admissions for procedures yet you pay large amounts every month for absolutely nothing! I need to have a procedure done and they want me to pay an R8000 co payment even though there are no doctors in my network that are covered or no hospitals that are covered. they then transfer me to a doctor in Life Carstenhof hospital, orthopedic surgeon, who refused to even listen to anything that i had to say because i deal with Discovery medical aid.

How am i supposed to get the procedure done when i am thrown from this corner to the next??? i can barely walk and require the procedure but it seems that Discovery Health does not give a dam about anything except taking money from your savings and draining you for more and more money!!!!

Absolutely pathetic!!!!! Hate every minute of it.
