WORST SERVICE EVER FROM INTERNATIONAL DISCOVERY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. EVERY TIME YOU CALL NO FEEDBACK FOR MORE THAN 6-8 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please could you urgently attend to this !!!!!!

My mother Louise Smit is currently in the USA. She left South Africa as my father fell ill with stage 4 cancer to assist myself and my sister.

My father passed away on the 21 January 2022.

My mother fell ill in the USA she fainted, and my sister took her to Wellstar hospital , and after several tests is was found that my mother has severe blood illness where she gets blood clots in arm.

She was taken to the ER as emergency, and she had a urgent operation to have two stents, put in her arm to prohibit blood clots going to her brain to regulate blood clots to her hand.

She is currently unfit to travel back to South Africa, as she medically unfit. She is back in hospital again today due to blood clot in her elbo and in for another procedure. Her left small finger has got gangrene in and has to be amputated very soon.

Before my mother left , she informed Discovery that she will be traveling to the USA. Since the beginning of February, we have been submitting numerous accounts to Discovery of which she paid out of her own pocket but to date she has not been refunded !!!!!

My mother is retired, healthy women and this terribly thing has happened to her, but discovery is not coming the party to cover these hospital bills.

EVERYTIME, I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY JUST SAY NO FEEDBACK ! We have sent all the proof , and claim forms and everything as requested to ***
