WORST SERVICE EVER FROM DISCOVERY HEALTH!

Discovery health is just the pits. You hold on for more than 30 minutes and you still dont receive help. I've spoken to so many people (the last one being Ziya Xonga) so many reference numbers and still nothing. It's a back and forth with no resolution. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence with a "top" medical aid! It's actually disgusting and pathetic how they treat their clients!
