Worst Service ever!!! Discovery Health

What a joke of a medical aid!! 2 weeks ago I have requested authorization to see a specialist. Today is my appointment day and still 0 from Discovery health, they have 0 communication with each other. I am paying for Medical aid so that I do not have to get government service but this is exactly what I am getting from them, I could have just as well go sit in line at the local clinic. You are playing with my life and health. Never in my life have a received such bad service.
