Worst Service ever Discovery

I have been using Discovery for years without any hassles. Its very disappointing to experience such poor service from such a reputable company. A Doctor that operated my son claimed in July 2018 and to date no payment. The Doctor even called them and they said the have the claim to my account. I then called Discovery and they said a cheque payment was made to my account and I asked them who does that when we have an EFT and they said I made that choice.

I was shocked because I never said that to them anyway they cancelled the cheque around September 2018 and they said they pay within 48 Hours and to date nothing has been paid. The Doctors are harassing me and I never skipped my payments and I had more than enough medical savings. I called the last week on the 28th November 2018 asking how far and they said we are only doing it now meaning the EFT and I should expect it in 48 hours to date nothing is coming forth.

I cancelled my medical AID and they said they can only refund my Medical Savings of over 4000 only in March 2019. What kind of service is really this. My last option is the FAIS Ombudsman Now.
