Worst service ever! They have not assisted me with claim after hospitalization

I need medication, should one die first before they are taken seriously? What's the exorbitant premium I pay every month for, if you are not there in my dire need/or should I say deadly need? Never received such in an experience from you in a decade of being with you! Gross handling towards your cases...
