Worst service ever after being retrenched and having a chronic illness!!!!!!

i was revently retrenched and moved to a ower plan. I sent in a claim on the 31st March. To date no response. I calledin to be transferred to 3 different departments and then the call goes dead!!!!!!. this is the service you get when joining under private capacity. Yet when Dischem or a serbice provider claims they get paid immediately. Discovery claims to be the best medical aid. Don't be fooled. They expensive but provide terrible service. You just get and automated response saying they will process in 2-3 days !!! more like 2-3 years !!!!!
