Worst service ever

I don't know where to start I have had endless problems with this medical aid that I am actually thinking of changing.

I have been with discovery from birth and when I moved into my own I still chose discovery but the service that we receive and the things that they twll you is ridiculous.

I pay a fat lot in premium to get pathetic service. I had a problem during my pregnancy, now my child is not well they tell me I cant use my extender benefit, I need to do a virtual consult or take my child to clicks and dischem. My child is 3 months old. The above help my child when he needs to.see a gp.

What am I actually paying for.
