WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
I have never in my life, had such a horrible experience with Discovery medical aid. The lady I spoke to today was just extremely rude, when I requested to speak to someone else she told me I can phone back if I want someone else. We spend over R12000 for our medical aid and when asking them to fix a mistake and return the funds to my medical savings, I get so assistance whatsoever! Sis on you Discover I am disgusted! Till now I have not received someone to help me correct my medical aid!
