Worst Service Ever
<p>In January 2016 i went to an optermetrist and according to the normal process the medical aid is supposed to pay the supplier since i pay my medical aid religiously, the supposed Bankmed Discovery paid money into a dormant account that doesn't belong to me. I have since called them however the incompetence of their agents and management today the service provider is still waiting for their money. I'm now been threatened by the service provider for legal actions since my account with them is over. I work for a reputable Bank and my medical aid is deducted on my payday without fail. I fail to understand why i have to suffer while the big bosses earn big bonuses. I just wish Bankmed never changed their administrators, its a nightmare since i join the scheme 9 years ago.</p>
