WORST SERVICE EVER

i'm sooooo \impress\" with the service i received so far. for 5 months i'm waiting on my card and every month you tell me \" sorry for the inconvenience and we using SAPO, you will get the card in 3-6 weeks\" SERIOUSLY NOW, i've been waiting for almost 5months and everytime it's the same story. I told my colleagues how nice the service was and convinced them to also join, to my suprise i made the worst mistake. i've told them how bad the serice has been and every month you tell me the same story in hwihc i'm now sick and tired. They all want to cancel the medical aid and go to another scheme but i told them to hold on as i will give you another opportunity. IF I DONT GET MY CARD BY FRIDAY 26/02/2016, I WILL CANCEL MY MEDICAL AID AND MAKE SURE MY COLLEAGUES DO THE SAME. just to show how serious this is, i want to cancel my Keyfit facility. "
