Worst Service Ever

I really don't know why I keep using discovery, I really hate the service we paying for here. I sent through my I'd copy as my I'd number was captured incorrectly. I got the Ref number *** on the same day that was on the 11/12/2014. Of which one of the consultants couldn't even pick that up on the system. Before I got to Keycare I had to explain the reason for my call and do all the security questions. I am asking myself why they had to make me go through all that when they can see that I am actually in a wrong department? I am really hating Discovery Health right now. I mean where do you get your consultants that are so clueless????? You guys really suck....Damn******ed for Days at Discovery Health**
