worst service ever

<p>My name is Zukisa Nobanda which I am a member of discovery and added my new born babby and they added her Alubonile Nobanda and I called them to assit with authorisation number and they told me what process i had to follow.I follow the process to go to my GP and send a refferal letter whoch they did that and I called Discovery to findout why I did not recieve authorisation number and they told me my application is with Standard department and the reason is I join the medical aid for my beneficiary last month which is going to be effective on 01-05-2017 and Ive got an appointment with Dr Rhode for 08:45.I am real disappointed by Discovery which I am thinking of taking my business somewhere else.</p>
