Worst service ever!!!

<p>My name is jabu makhathini i have a medical aid with discovery my problem is, my subscription was R780 for my self and my 5 kids they told me that the kids will be under my name until they are 27years but my elder kids are 24yrs, they deducted R3300 in May 2016 and I phoned them after the deduction and they promised to rectify the mistake but the same thing happened in June and now July, they asked me to cancel my kids from the policy and I did but still my money is still taken please help me I did not budget for this and it's certainly not what I signed up for, I am disgusted by such unprofessionalism from a brand which I thought was superior but I guess I was wrong and I want my money back.</p>
