Worst service

I have spent the last 8 months going back and forth with discovery, over 200 claims they made mistakes one, I'm not being ignored after I've email how my name and everything has been effected by this and now I'm just being ignored by discovery, 200 claims done wrong, this is and does effect so much and really needs to be resolved it's been 8 months
