Worst service

I added my daughter under my company medical under discovery health , my daughter has not been covered by a medical aid for more than a year, my daughter is currently being treated at Melomed hospital and I got a rejection for authorisation from Discovery because of a waiting period my daughter shouldn't have and now she's laying in a private hospital with my medical aid funding and all Discovery tells me when I called , I need to dispute my to their *** and got a undelivered response. Now I am stuck
