Worst service

<p>I have been dealing with discovery for the past month. The service is absolutely shocking. If your claim hasn't been approved they do not call you back to advise and you have to explain your case every single time. When I call they always cut me off. I called discovery prior to having an expensive test done to find out if it would come out of hospital plan. They advised that it would. I then went ahead and had the test done and paid R3500 only to be told now that it isn't out of hospital plan. Staff at discovery need to get their facts straight. I would never have gone for the test if this was the case and now I am out of pocket of R3500. I am very angry . We pay so much money for medical aid and yet it feels like we are dealing with a bunch of people that have no clue what they are doing. I will fight for this money and I feel discovery should take a knock here. Why should I be out of pocket when discovery made the mistake??</p>
