Remedi health is administered by Discovery.... You should read up on the complaints not responded to. For Remedi.... Perhaps better that we left......

Absolutely useless when it comes to refunds. It never takes less than 7 to 10 days. Medical savings due to us that we had to motivate why we required early pay out.

I was told 3 to 4 working days... Today a week later.. Told another 7 days after being sent for approval.. Which is also not garunteed as they go by selection.

There seems to be so much red tape just to get a refund...

Pathetic.. All I can say...
